By using XS POS, a service provided by Xyron Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords (both for Shop Owners and Cashiers).
• XS POS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to weak password management.

3. Use of Service

XS POS is designed for retail management. You agree NOT to:

• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the software's infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or viruses that could interfere with the service.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial. Upon expiry, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
• Pricing: Subscription fees are charged based on your chosen plan (Monthly or Yearly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months/years already paid.

5. Data Backups & Reliability

While we maintain high-availability servers and perform daily backups, XS POS is provided "as is." We are not liable for business interruptions caused by internet outages, local hardware failures, or catastrophic events beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xyron Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use the XS POS software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.
